However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our Return Policy is designed to make this process as easy and transparent as possible. Our Return Policy provides comprehensive guidelines on returning products purchased from My Pharmacy India. The policy outlines the conditions under which items can be returned, the process for returning items, and how refunds and exchanges are handled. Please note that certain products may be exempt from returns due to their nature.

Eligibility for Returns

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return. For health and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, opened medicines, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that products are returned while they are still in a condition suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods: Such as food items, supplements, and other consumables.
  • Personal care products: Items like cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.
  • Prescription medicines: Due to strict regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medicines once they have been dispensed.
  • Gift cards and promotional items: These are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiating a Return

]. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number if your return is eligible.

Preparing the Return Package

Once you receive the return authorization number, please prepare the item for return by securely packing it in its original packaging. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that came with the item. Ensure that the item is adequately protected to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping the Return

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 5 business days. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if the item is returned in a condition different from when it was sent, or if the original packaging is missing or damaged. Additionally, if the item is returned outside the 14-day return window, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

 Non-Refundable Items

As mentioned earlier, certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and prescription medicines are non-refundable. In addition, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your exchange.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as for a return. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will send you the replacement item. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer you a store credit or a refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

Automatic Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, issues with your payment method, or discrepancies in your order details. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

International Returns

For international orders, returns are subject to the same eligibility criteria as domestic returns. However, international returns may be subject to additional fees, such as customs duties and shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
